THE WHV – SCHEME DETAILS

France has signed agreements for this Working Holiday Visa with Australia, Canada, Chile, Colombia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Argentina, Hong Kong, Russia, Uruguay, Mexico, Taiwan, and Brazil.

The French WHV allows French nationals aged 18 to 30 (35 for Canada) to go to one of these countries for one year to travel and work.
WHV-holders are not required to find a job before they leave. They hold an open work visa, which allows them to look for work directly in the host country.

The international Working Holiday Visa (WHV) insurance policy is intended for any French national between 18 and 35 years old departing on a "Working Holiday Program"
